- Independent Living, on site laundry, common room, and patio with views overlooking Frank Slide (Turtle Mountain)
Peaks to Pines Lodge
- 85 rooms (3 levels)
- SL2, SL3, SL4, and SL4D Care
- SL4D in the Aspen Winds Pod
- Aspen Winds and Willow Ridge Pods have 12 rooms each
- Dining rooms located on the second and third floors
- Dining room in each of the Pods.

What is included in base rent for Peaks to Pines?
Basic Package includes:
- 3 healthy meals served daily in the dining rooms at
- 8:30 am Breakfast

How is the rent calculated for Tecumseh and Westwinds?
Rent is calculated at 30% of the amount on line 150 from your latest Notice of Assessment, to a maximum of $750.00. The notice of assessment is the best of proving income but occasionally alternate ways of may be accepted.
- Electricity is an extra charge of $50.00 per month.

- Parking spot at Westwinds is $15.00 per month.
- Parking spot at Tecumseh is $15.00 per month
