One Bedroom, both SL4 - $3,920.00

Double Occupancy: One Bedroom

1x SL4 (1,960.00) and 1x well spouse (RGI + Lodge Package) = Combined - $3,920.00

Single Occupancy: One Bedroom - $2,835.00

Per legislation, each senior is required to have $357/month in disposable (after tax) income to spend on personal needs after paying monthly basic lodge rate
